What is Copper?
Copper is an essential trace mineral that the body needs in very small amounts.
It occurs naturally in water, soil and in foods.
Copper-rich foods include shellfish, liver, nuts, seeds, whole grains, dark chocolate, legumes and leafy green vegetables.
